Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 5 business days of ordering. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after being received.

All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $25.00.

Help my item arrived broken or damaged.

If an item is damaged in transit, we are happy to send you a replacement or provide you with a refund for the damaged item to the credit card used for the initial payment. You must send an email to concierge@oliveoilbundles.com with picture of damage product the same day is received. Do not dispose of broken or damaged product or your claim will be dismissed.

If this is a gift, for security purposes of confidential information ONLY the shipper can request a claim not the recipient.

I don't like the product I received; can I return it?

We do not accept returns of products that have been opened. If you wish to return an unopened product it must be done between two days of shipment arrival.
