  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
    We currently ship to the continental US, Canada. If you are located outside of these areas, please feel free to email us at concierge@oliveoilbundles.com for more information on shipping options and availability. We strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability and are always happy to assist with any shipping inquiries.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
    We typically takes our team up to 5 business days to ship orders after they are placed online. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a separate confirmation email with your order's tracking information, so you can monitor its progress. If you have still not received a shipping confirmation email and it has been the allotted time, please email us at concierge@oliveoilbundles.com for further assistance. We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process for our customers.
  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY
    We accept returns of unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 5 business days of ordering. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after received. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00
  • HELP—MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKED OR DAMAGED.
    If an item is damaged in transit, we are happy to send you a replacement or provide you with a refund for the damaged item to the credit card used for the initial payment. You must send an email to concierge@oliveoilbundles.com with picture of the damaged product the same day is received. Do not dispose of broken or damaged product or your claim will be dismissed. If this is a gift, for security purposes of confidential information ONLY the shipper can request a claim not the recipient.
  • I DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT RECEIVED CAN I RETURN IT
    We do not accept returns of products that have been opened. If you wish to return an unopened product it must be done between two days of shipment arrival. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00
